titleOfInvention Environment-friendly foaming rolling fiber reinforcement sealing liner material
abstract The invention relates to an environment-friendly foaming rolling fiber reinforcement sealing liner material which belongs to the field of sealing materials. The material comprises the following components in weight percent: 5-36% of fiber, 8-20% of rubber, 50-70% of filler, 3-15% of foaming agent, 0.3-8% of cross-linking agent, 0.8-6% of compounding agent and 0.5-2% of activating agent. Aramid pulp fiber and mineral fiber are used for replacing asbestos fiber, so that harm to human bodies which is generated in a production process and a liner using process is avoided, and a liner material with good oil resistance, water resistance, deformation resistance and air tightness is provided; stearic acid is fully utilized to increase dispersibility; and compensation sealing of the material in the state of unsmooth sealing surface, uneven surface stress and small bolt torque is solved through utilizing high compression ratio generated by a plurality of micropores which are formed after foaming and uniformly distributed, moreover, good deformation resistance is obtained, and an excellent sealing effect of common surface stressing is obtained.
