titleOfInvention Method of purifying polysaccharide of Xinjiang jun dates
abstract The invention discloses a method of purifying polysaccharide of Xinjiang jun dates. The method comprises the steps: taking crushed Xinjiang jun dates the kernels of which are removed, adding water into date powder, adding 1% (W/V) of biological complex enzyme, performing enzymolysis for 56-66min under the conditions of 58-63 DEG C and pH value of 6, performing centrifugation, concentration, standing and dynamic washing, adding water into crude polysaccharide to dissolve a polyamide column, wherein the usage amount of polyamide is four times that of the crude polysaccharide in dates; and eluting one time of column volume of deionized water at the flow velocity of 1.5Ml/min, and then performing secondary concentration, washing and drying to obtain decolored fine polysaccharide. The method is widely applied in the field of purifying polysaccharide of Xinjiang jun dates, and has wide application values.
