abstract | The invention provides a lubricant coating method which is used in the field of metal material auxiliary manufacturing. The lubricant coating method is achieved by placing solid lubricant and to-be-coated metal blank into a rolling device to roll. A rolling barrel in the rolling device is the polygon-shaped rolling barrel, the inner surface of the rolling barrel is provided with a slightly-protruding structure which is distributed in an array mode, and the solid lubricant is attached to the surface of the metal blank; or pill grains are added into the rolling device to roll together to strike the metal blank to increase adhesive power of the solid lubricant; or before the solid lubricant is placed in a container, the pill grains and the to-be-coated metal blank are placed together into the rolling device to conduct pretreatment. The lubricant coating method is capable of conveniently achieving lubrication treatment of the metal blank, is used for follow-up cold forging forming and is good in environment-friendly property compared with a saponification handling method. |
