titleOfInvention Absorption system and method for catalytic oxidation of tail gas NOx
abstract The invention relates to an absorption system for catalytic oxidation of a tail gas NOx. The absorption system comprises a tail gas generator, a gas buffer tank, an absorption reactor, a temperature controller, a dryer and an air sampler which are connected in series by pipelines. The invention also discloses an absorption method for catalytic oxidation of the tail gas NOx. According to the method, the outlet of the generator is connected with the inlet of the gas buffer tank to ensure that a gas enters the reactor through the outlet of the gas buffer tank; the gas, liquid and solid phases in the reactor are uniformly mixed through a gas distributing plate to form a gas-liquid-solid three-phase fluidized state; the outlet at the upper side wall is connected with the tail gas absorber to ensure that tail gas flows through the dryer after being subjected to secondary tail gas absorption; and the outlet of the dryer is connected with the air inlet of the air sampler, wherein the whole experimental apparatus is in a negative pressure state. The absorption system is simple in equipment, a new method for absorbing NOx tail gas is provided, and the disadvantage of the conventional absorption method that NOx absorption efficiency is low is avoided.
