The fertilization quantity, the fertilization period, the number of fertilization times and the fertilization effects are as follows: 1000ml-1500ml of the selenium element microelement fertilizer is sprayed in 667m<2> of flax during green fruit period, and the selenium content in the flaxseed can achieve 0.2mg/kg-0.3mg/kg; 2000ml-2500ml of the selenium element microelement fertilizer is sprayed in 667m<2> of the flax during the green fruit period, and the selenium content in the flaxseed can achieve 1.5mg/kg-1.8mg/kg; and the selenium element microelement fertilizer is respectively sprayed once during squaring period and the green fruit period of the flax, the using quantity in each 667m<2> is 2000ml-2500ml, and the selenium content in the flaxseed can achieve 2.1-2.9mg/kg.
