abstract The invention discloses a detection method for a Cinnamomum migao heart-comforting preparation. The Cinnamomum migao heart-comforting preparation is prepared from the following drugs by weight: 3500-6000 parts of Cinnamomum migao, 40-150 parts of borneol, 2500-5000 parts of Ligusticum wallichii, and 250-500 parts of Allium macrostemon. The method provided in the invention takes a ferulic acid reference sample for reference, and adopts methanol-acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid as a mobile phase to determine the content of Ligusticum wallichii in the product, with the methanol, the acetonitrile and the 0.1% phosphoric acid being in a volume ratio of 15:10:75. Compared with the prior art, the method has the characteristics of specificity, feasibility and good reproducibility, and can effectively control the quality of the Cinnamomum migao heart-comforting dropping pill preparation. Repeated tests confirm that the detection method has the advantages of stability, simplicity, accurate result as well as good reproducibility, so that the method can be used as a detection method for Cinnamomum migao heart-comforting dropping pills, oral liquids, syrups, granules, freeze-dried powder injections, and can be taken as an index for inspecting the technological stability.
