According to the invention, the widely-applicable efficient phosphate solubilizing bacteria pantoea ananatis P21 and fungi for efficiently preventing nematodiasis are organically combined; and by utilizing the composite agent provided by the invention, the soil phosphorus is efficiently used, the utilization rate of phosphate fertilizer is improved, the function of microorganism in preventing nematodiasis is sufficiently realized, and an effect of increasing yield by solubilizing phosphate and preventing diseases is realized, thereby having great significance to sustainably increasing grain yield of the country, saving phosphate fertilizer resource, reducing nematodiasis and protecting the ecological environment of farmland.
