abstract The invention relates to a chalcone oxime compound, which has a general formula shown in the description, wherein R1 can be a group shown in the description, and R2 can be a group shown in the description. The chalcone oxime derive provided in the invention has an obvious inhibitory effect on activated T cells, and has no significant inhibitory effect on unactivated T cells, so that the chalcone derivative involved in the invention can be applied in preparation of an immunosuppressant. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the chalcone oxime compound.
