abstract The invention relates to colored furan resin mortar which is applied to anticorrosion projects. The colored furan resin mortar is prepared through mixing acid-resisting filler, an activated curing agent, a ground color pigment and a main color pigment with the existing furfuralcohol/furfural furan resin, wherein the acid-resisting filler is a quartz or graphite material, the activated curing agent is a mixture of p-toluene sulfonyl chloride and aminosulfonic acid (the mass ratio of p-toluene sulfonyl chloride to aminosulfonic acid is 1: 1), the ground color pigment is titanium white, and the main color pigment is a mixture of nickel titanate yellow, cobalt blue and silver grey (the mass ratio of nickel titanate yellow to cobalt blue to silver grey is 1: 1: 2). The dosage ratio of the furfuralcohol/furfural furan resin to the acid-resisting filler to activated curing agent to the ground color pigment to the main color pigment is (9-66): (50-89): (1-17): (2-6): (1-5). According to the colored furan resin mortar disclosed by the invention, the color meets the requirements of users on color on the basis that the corrosion resistance and mechanical properties of furan resin mortar are not affected, so that the colored furan resin mortar can be widely applied to various anticorrosion projects.
