The continuous preparation system provided by the invention can be used for continuously preparing the fullerene derivatives on a large scale under an airtight and pollution-free condition till the pure product is packaged, subsidiary devices can be increased or decreased according to actual needs to change a preparation process, and the continuous preparation system is a device for synthesizing the fullerene derivatives with a wide application scope.
