abstract | The invention discloses a substrate integration waveguide load dielectric resonator filter which comprises an input drive mechanism, an output coupling mechanism, a dielectric resonator and a substrate integration waveguide. The input drive mechanism and the output coupling mechanism respectively extend into the substrate integration waveguide from exterior. The dielectric resonator is internally embedded into the center position of the substrate integration waveguide. The annular dielectric resonator is embedded into a center through hole of the circular substrate integration waveguide. A signal is input from the input drive mechanism, passes through a coplanar waveguide and two arc-shaped groove lines of the input drive mechanism and a drive mechanism of a first buckling groove line, and enables the substrate integration waveguide and the dielectric resonator to produce three modes with similar frequency. The three modes with the similar frequency are coupled to an output port through a coplanar waveguide, two arc-shaped groove lines and a second buckling groove line of the output coupling mechanism, and therefore the purpose of the three-mode band-pass filter is achieved. The substrate integration waveguide load dielectric resonator filter has the advantages of being low in insertion loss, having a plane structure capable of being combined with other planar circuits easily and being small in size. |
