abstract The invention discloses a plasma alkaline fuel battery comprising an anode reaction chamber and a cathode reaction chamber which are mutually independent, wherein the cathode reaction chamber is located on the left side of the anode reaction chamber; the two reaction chambers are filled with electrolyte; a pair of magnets with opposite polarities are fixedly arranged at the outer parts of front and rear sides of the anode reaction chamber; the right side of the anode reaction chamber is sequentially provided with a plasma generator, a hydrogen diffusion chamber and a hydrogen storage tank; a U-shaped pipe is connected and communicated between the anode reaction chamber and the cathode reaction chamber; the U-shaped pipe can be replaced by a communication straight pipe and the communication straight pipe is internally and fixedly provided with an asbestos membrane; the inner part of the hydrogen diffusion chamber is provided with a hydrogen gas compressor; one end of a hydrogen reflowing pipe is connected between the hydrogen gas compressor and a control valve, and the other end of the hydrogen reflowing pipe is higher than an electrolyte level in the anode reaction chamber and is connected with the anode reaction chamber; and un-ionized hydrogen with residual heat is conveyed to the input end of the hydrogen plasma generator so that the hydrogen circularly passes through the plasma generator and the ionization efficiency and the energy utilization rate of the hydrogen are improved.
