abstract The invention relates to a laminated gas-phase rustproof packaging material and a preparation method thereof. The laminated gas-phase rustproof packaging material comprises an inner layer, a core layer and an outer layer, which are sequentially laminated and connected, wherein the inner layer is of kraft paper covered with a gas-phase rustproof layer, the core layer comprises a plurality of hard fiber board strips which are arranged at certain intervals and covered with the gas-phase rustproof layers, and the outer layer is of the kraft paper covered with the gas-phase rustproof layer, or the kraft paper with a polyethylene composite layer, which is covered with the gas-phase rustproof layer or the kraft paper with a polyethylene and braided fabric reinforced composite layer, which is covered with the gas-phase rustproof layer; and the upper surface/the lower surface of the core layer is coated with a urea resin adhesive layer and further laminated with the inner layer/the outer layer by hot pressing. The invention further provides the preparation method. The laminated gas-phase rustproof packaging material disclosed by the invention has the following advantages: 1) the gas-phase rustproof flexible packaging material with long-lasting gas-phase rustproof performance can be provided for steel, copper, aluminum, zinc and other metals; and 2) the laminated gas-phase rustproof packaging material has higher bearing capacity, better mechanical properties, higher strength and special flexibility, and can be jointed with the appearance of a packaged material and further realize aesthetic and economic packaging.
