abstract The invention relates to a method for preparing a titanium dioxide film with bulges on the surface. The method comprises the following steps of: 1, taking liquid organic titanium as a titanium source, dropping in a crucible, putting a cleaned and dried substrate above the liquid organic titanium through a support and closing a crucible cover; 2, putting the crucible in the step 1 in a heating furnace, adjusting the temperature in the heating furnace to 50-350 DEG C and performing heat preservation for 10 minutes to 24 hours, thereby obtaining a titanium-containing film on the substrate; and 3, adjusting the heating furnace to 450-700 DEG C and performing heat preservation for 1-20 hours, stopping heating, and cooling to room temperature at the speed of 5-300 DEG C/min, thereby obtaining the product. According to the invention, the curvature radius and density of the bulges on the surface and the crystal form of titanium dioxide and the like of the prepared film can be controlled through adjusting the parameters in the preparation process; and the product prepared by adopting the method disclosed by the invention has broad application prospect in the fields of dye-sensitized solar cells, photo-catalytic reactor and ripple photo-catalytic reactors and the like.
