abstract | The present invention relates to a method for obtaining neuroleukin. According to the present invention, with co-culture of supporting cells and neural stem cells, results show that differentiated neuron axon growth is promoted and neuron survival is increased with the co-culture, and further show that association between secretion of neuroleukin by the supporting cells and promotion on the neuron growth and survival exists, such that the supporting cells can be adopted to produce the neuroleukin, and can further be adopted to promote neuron growth and survival. |
