abstract | The invention discloses a plant-salt-induced expression promoter, a plant expression vector containing the plant-salt-induced expression promoter, and an application of the plant-salt-induced expression promoter in salt-induced expression in plants. The inventor treats the plant expression vector containing a DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) sequence and a GUS gene of the promoter through an agrobacterium-mediated genetic transformation method to obtain a transgenic plant. Through staining identification, the GUS gene is subjected to salt-induced expression, so that the plant-salt-induced expression promoter can drive a foreign gene to be subjected to salt-induced expression in a plant root, the salt tolerance of a plant or absorption to soil nutrients of the plant can be improved, and meanwhile, the characteristic of concentrated expression in the root of the promoter can also be used for transforming the root system architecture of the plant and then performing genetic improvement on crops. |
