The greenhouse control effect of a microbial inoculum prepared from microbial strains of the Pseudoxanthomonas sp. ZKB4-4 reaches more than 50 percent on the root knot nematode disease of tomato, and reaches more than 30 percent on the root knot nematode disease of tobacco, and the growth of plants can be obviously promoted.
