titleOfInvention Catalyst component and catalyst used in ethylene polymerization
abstract The invention relates to a catalyst component used in ethylene polymerization. According to the invention, a solid comprising magnesium/titanium/silica gel is further loaded with at least one inorganic titanium compound, at least one organic titanium compound, at least one electron donor, and at least one activating agent. According to the invention, a magnesium compound is dissolved into an organic epoxy compound and an organic phosphorus compound, such that a uniform solution is formed; the solution is subjected to a reaction with a titanium compound under the existence of an assistant precipitating agent, such that the solid comprising magnesium/titanium/silica gel is obtained. According to the invention, the solid comprising magnesium/titanium/silica gel is adopted as a carrier, such that the catalyst component has relatively narrow particle size distribution and relatively small average particle size. When the catalyst is used in ethylene polymerization, a catalyst activity is high. The catalyst is suitable for ethylene slurry polymerization or gas phase polymerization, and is especially suitable for an ethylene gas phase fluidized bed polymerization process in which the catalyst is fed in a slurry form.
