abstract |
The invention relates to a novel method for purifying polyethylene (PE) recombinant toxin, and belongs to the field of quick purification and check of biological proteins. A mouse is immunized by using a cut gel purified pseudomonas aeruginosa exotoxin recombinant protein to prepare monoclonal antibodies; screening, antigen identification and antibody elution can be carried out under mild conditions; and a quick and efficient affinity chromatography purification method without affecting the activity of pseudomonas aeruginosa exotoxin recombinant toxin is established. By adopting the antigen affinity purification method, the operation steps are greatly reduced, and the purification time is shortened. |
