abstract The invention discloses a device for producing diammonium phosphate by using a monoammonium phosphate device and a sulfur-based compound fertilizer device. The device comprises a mixed acid preparation tank of the compound fertilizer device, a tail gas washing tower, an ammonia acid reactor of the monoammonium phosphate device, a first concentration system, a tubular reactor of the compound fertilizer device, a second concentration system and a pelletizer, which are connected in sequence, wherein a tail gas outlet of the pelletizer is connected to a tail gas inlet of the tail gas washing tower through a pipeline. The invention also provides a production process of the device; according to the process, mixed acid preparation, tail gas washing, primary ammoniation, concentration, secondary ammoniation, reconcentration and pelleting are carried out to obtain a diammonium phosphate product. By virtue of the device and the process provided by the invention, the difficult problems that requirements of the traditional diammonium phosphate production method on phosphorite are high and low grade phosphorite cannot be directly applied to the production of diluted phosphoric acid are solved, current situation that the monoammonium phosphate and the compound fertilizer are seriously oversupplied is broken through, diversified production of the sulfur-based compound fertilizer device is realized, and the device and the process have a certain superiority.
