titleOfInvention Traditional Chinese medicine granules used for treating chicken tapeworm disease, and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses traditional Chinese medicine granules used for treating chicken tapeworm disease, and a preparation method thereof. The traditional Chinese medicine granules are composed of the following drugs of, by weight, 5-10 parts of pumpkin seeds, 5-10 parts of semen arecae, 1-2 parts of pricklyash peel, 1-2 parts of dark plum and 1-2 parts of mirabilite. The traditional Chinese medicine granules are prepared by the following steps of weighing the above five drugs, adding water with an amount of 10 times that of the drugs, decocting for two times (2.0 hours for the first time, and 1.5 hours for the second time), mixing two filter solutions, standing for 24 hours, taking the supernatant, concentrating the supernatant to a relative density of the solution being 1.28 (80 DEG C), drying at a temperature of 60-70 DEG C, smashing, adding sucrose, mixing uniformly, making into granules by using 85% alcohol, screening by a 10-mesh screen, drying at a temperature of 60 DEG C, and screening again by the 10-mesh screen. The drug provided by the invention is a Chinese herbal medicine preparation and has the advantages of definite curative effect, no drug resistance and no residues.
