The method comprises the following steps of: 1) selecting the source of parent fish; 2) breeding the parent fish; 3) artificially spawning and performing insemination, namely a) selecting the parent fish, b) collecting semen, taking eggs and checking, c) matching, d) setting water temperature of spawning, e) injecting odinagogue, and f) laying eggs; and 4) performing hatching management. By the means of enhancement of parent fish nutrient enhancement cultivation, flowing water stimulation regulation and the like, the gonad development and maturation of the parent fish and discharge can be promoted, the artificial spawning and insemination processes are standardized, the technical problem in the artificial propagation of parabramis pekinensis is effectively solved, the spawning rate of artificial propagation is 89 percent, the fertility rate is 83 percent, and the hatching rate is 83.5 percent. The method is easy and convenient to operate and high in applicability and can meet the requirement on the industrial batch propagation.
