titleOfInvention Dominant molecular marker Y68 for screening tumorous/tumor-free Cucumis sativus fruit type
abstract The invention provides a dominant molecular marker Y68 for screening tumorous/tumor-free Cucumis sativus fruit type, which consists of 486 nucleotides shown by SEQ ID NO. 1 in a sequence table, the sequence is positioned in a promoter sequence of a fruit tumor gene Tu, the dominant molecular marker has high stability, is contained in tumorous Cucumis sativus cultivars, and tumor-free Cucumis sativus cultivars do not contain the 486 nucleotides shown by SEQ ID NO. 1, so that the tumor-free Cucumis sativus cultivars do not contain the dominant molecular marker, therefore, the dominant molecular marker Y68 can be applied to tumorous/tumor-free Cucumis sativus screening around the world simply, conveniently and quickly with high pass. The invention further provides a gene protein coding sequence controlling the fruit tumor character, which consists of 213 amino acids shown by SEQ ID NO. 4 in the sequence table, and is a transcription factor of a C2H2 type zinc finger protein with a zinc finger structure, and the study on the transcription factor lays a solid foundation for identification of Cucumis sativus hairless gene (gl) and the further explanation of morphogenesis mechanism of hair and tumors of Cucumis sativus.
