The invention relates to a 3-oxoacyl-[acyl-carrier protein] reductase from a ''Bailing'' producing strain Chinese Cordyceps hirsutella sinensis and participating in acetyl coenzyme A synthesis metabolism of an R-3-oxoacyl-carrier protein, and a coding gene and application thereof. A sequence of the enzyme has more than 90% homology with a unsB1 protein with a sequence of SEQ ID No.1, a unsB2 protein with a sequence SEQ ID No.3, a unsB3 protein with a sequence SEQ ID No.5 or a unsB4 protein with a sequence SEQ ID No.7. The invention conducts a thorough study on a metabolism pathway of R-3-oxoacyl-acyl-carrier protein synthesis from acetoacetyl-acyl carrier protein from the perspective of principle; and a cloned DNA containing a nucleotide sequence provided by the invention can be transferred to an engineering strain by transduction, transformation and combined transfer to endow a host 3-oxoacyl-carrier protein reductase with high expression. The invention provides an effective way to increase yield of 3-hydroxybutyrate or derivatives thereof, and has crucial application prospects. |
