abstract | The invention discloses edible vegetable oil rich in carotene such as lutein, carotenoids and the like, and a production method thereof. Different varieties of lutein edible vegetable oil can be prepared according to different requirements, lutein content is 0.01-0.2%; and carotene content is 0.01-0.1%. The edible vegetable oil is prepared by adding the lutein and the carotene into vegetable oil according to a certain proportion, sufficiently stirring at a temperature of 50 DEG C to 60 DEG C to enable the lutein and the carotene to be dissolved and carrying out packaging after homogenizing. The product prepared by the method has functions of resisting to oxidation, clearing up free radicals in bodies, protecting cell membranes, also has low price, is convenient to eat and is convenient to popularize and apply. |
