titleOfInvention Preparation method of polyacrylate leather finishing agent
abstract The invention relates to a preparation method of a polyacrylate leather finishing agent. The conventional finishing agent is poor in comprehensive performance. The preparation method of the polyacrylate leather finishing agent comprises the following steps preparing a polyacrylate emulsion and a finishing agent solution respectively; and mechanically mixing the polyacrylate emulsion and the finishing agent solution at a weight ratio of 100: (5-10) uniformly, wherein a preparation method of the polyacrylate emulsion comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing deionized water, a surfactant and polyvinylpyrrolidone, reacting, adding an ammonium persulfate solution and a reactive monomer mixture, reacting for 2-3 h, and regulating pH value to 7-8; and a preparation method of the finishing agent solution comprises the following steps: adding hydroxyethyl cellulose into a sodium hydroxide solution, adding glycidyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, reacting, regulating pH value to 6-7, eluting and drying a solid product, adding the solid product into deionized water and dissolving the solid product. The preparation method of the polyacrylate leather finishing agent is relatively simple in process; and the prepared leather finishing agent not only has a strong underlayer bonding force and good leveling performance, but also has a good antibacterial property.
