The invention relates to a vanadium dioxide intelligent temperature control coating. According to the invention, vanadium dioxide powder slurry, polymer emulsion, and a coating auxiliary agent are mixed, and the mixture is coated on a substrate. The vanadium dioxide powder slurry comprises vanadium dioxide composite powder and a dispersion medium. The vanadium dioxide composite powder comprises vanadium dioxide nano-powder with a chemical composition of V1-xMxO2, and organic modification long-chain molecules are grafted on the surface of the vanadium dioxide nano-powder. M is a doping element, and x is no smaller than 0 and no greater than 0.5. According to the invention, the coating adopts the vanadium dioxide nano-powder (composite powder) and the slurry thereof with surface organic modification, such that the coating has relatively high visible light transmittance, and can almost completely shield ultraviolet rays. Also, the coating can intelligently adjust infrared rays with relatively high energy in sunlight (which can be shown in high and low temperature infrared transmission difference). The appearance of the coating is transparent and bright (with low haze). The coating is aging-resisting and water-resisting. The coating has good adhesion force and high scrub resistance. |
