titleOfInvention 105DEG C insulation material for automobile wires, and its preparation technology
abstract The invention discloses a 105DEG C insulation material for automobile wires, and its preparation technology. The 105DEG C insulation material is composed of the following components, by weight, 100 parts of a polyvinyl chloride resin, 24-26 parts of trioctyl trimellitate, 10-12 parts of pure dioctyl terephthalate, 4.5-5.5 parts of epoxy soybean oil, 18-20 parts of calcium carbonate, 6.5-7.5 parts of a calcium-zinc composite stabilizing agent (105DEG C), 1-1.5 parts of high-melting-point polyethylene wax, 0.14-0.16 parts of a phenolic antioxidant, 0.5-2.0 parts of an acrylic resin, 2.8-3.2 parts of barium sulfate, and 1.4-1.6 parts of silicone powder, and the melting point of the high-melting-point polyethylene wax is higher than 105DEG C. The 105DEG C insulation material has the advantages of effective smell reduction, excellent wear resistance, excellent heat resistance, and realization of the maintenance of a good surface performance and good mechanical performances at a high processing speed.
