titleOfInvention Preparation method of alpha-carbonyl sulfur ylide derivative
abstract The invention discloses a preparation method of an alpha-carbonyl sulfur ylide derivative. According to the preparation method, a derivative of alpha-carbonyl sulfur ylide is prepared by reacting acetophenone and a derivative thereof with bromodimethylsulfonium bromide (BDMS). According to the preparation method, no catalyst is used under a room temperature condition, the reaction is performed in a non-solvent system or in a system in which ethanol is used as a solvent, and high-yield and high-content alpha-carbonyl sulfur ylide derivative is directly obtained through a suction filtration method. The preparation method of the alpha-carbonyl sulfur ylide derivative has the characteristics of simple process operation, mild reaction conditions, short time, high yield and low environmental pollution.
