titleOfInvention | Method for by-producing dipentene in preparation process of ambergris ketone |
abstract | The invention discloses a method for by-producing dipentene in a preparation process of ambergris ketone. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing 3-methyl-3-penten-2-ketone by a conventional method, adding acetic anhydride to the 3-methyl-3-penten-2-ketone to be stirred for mixing evenly, then adding a catalyst of boron trifluoride, or ferric chloride or aluminum chloride to the mixture, heating the mixture to 40-50 DEG C, adding myrcene in the mixture, and performing reaction for 8 to 10 hours with a constant temperature after the completion of the addition; (2) using alkali to neutralize the obtained material in the step (1), standing for layering to obtain a organic phase, performing reducing pressure fraction, reducing the pressure to 40-60 mmHg, collecting mixture of myrcene and dipentene obtained by distillation at the temperature of 80-100 DEG C; (3) performing fraction on the mixture of the myrcene and the dipentene in the pressure of 40-60 mmHg to realize distillation at the temperature of 90-110 DEG C so as to obtain dipentene with the content of 52-55 percent; and (4) continuously reducing pressure of distillation obtained in the step (3) to 20-30 mmHg for fraction so as to realize distillation at the temperature of 80-100 DEG C to obtain dipentene with the content of 93 percent. |
