abstract | The invention relates to high-elasticity sound-absorbing pavement concrete and a preparation method thereof. The high-elasticity sound-absorbing pavement concrete mainly comprises Portland cement, mineral powder, rubber particles, emulsified asphalt and a coupling agent. Through combined action of the emulsified asphalt and the coupling agent, the bonding force of the rubber particles and a cement matrix is improved, so that the volume of the rubber particles is greater than 50%; compared with the prior art, the prepared elastic concrete material has the advantages of full use of waste tires, reduction of environmental pollution, low cost and the like; a cast concrete pavement has high elasticity and large toughness; and the high-elasticity sound-absorbing pavement concrete can effectively reduce or eliminate expansion joints of a pavement, can eliminate, reduce and absorb noises and is an environment-friendly multifunctional concrete material. |
