The making technology comprises the following steps: adding the Carbomer 940 to a 90DEG C vacuum emulsification pot containing the deionized water under an aseptic condition; carrying out vacuum pump-in of propylene glycol and 1,3-butylene glycol; and adding triethanolamine at 80DEG C, adding hyaluronic acid at 70DEG C, and adding dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, the hydrolyzed pearl, an aloe extract liquid and a Hamamelis mollis extract liquid at 50DEG C to obtain the moisturizing and water locking mask liquid. The mask liquid can reach the moisturizing, water locking and whitening of face skins, and does not irritate the face skins. The making technology is carried out under the aseptic condition, so the quality of the mask liquid is effectively guaranteed.
