A gas/steam outlet branch pipe controlled by an electrically operated valve is arranged in the gas/steam outlet device. A steam inlet branch pipe controlled by an electrically operated valve is arranged in the steam inlet device. A steam outlet branch pipe controlled by an electrically operated valve is arranged in the steam outlet device. The bioreactor semi-automatic disinfection system can carry semi-automatic accurate control of medium disinfection, avoid the pollution produced by an unstable temperature and medium high-pressure caused by artificial operate miss, reduce labor intensity and high-temperature scald probability, and effectively improve product stability and homogeneity.
