abstract | The invention discloses phenolic foam plastics and a preparation method thereof and a preparation method of foam carbon. The preparation method for phenolic foam plastics comprises the following steps of 1) fully stirring phenolic resin and modified fly ash microspheres and dispersing uniformly; 2) adding a curing agent, a foaming agent and a foam stabilizer into a mixture; and 3) pouring the mixture into a preheated die, drying and demoulding so as to obtain modified fly ash padded phenolic foam plastics. The preparation method for foam carbon comprises the following steps of putting the modified fly ash padded phenolic foam plastics into a carbonization furnace, carbonizing under the protection of N2/Ar, and then cooling down in the carbonization furnace so as to obtain a foam carbon material. The invention also relates to a preparation method for the modified fly ash microspheres and a preparation method for a raw material composite coupling reagent. The phenolic foam plastics padded by the modified ash fly is taken as a rigid skeleton, so that the size stability of the phenolic foam in carbonization process is improved, the light heat-insulated foam carbon material is prepared, and the fly ash is utilized effectively and comprehensively. |
