titleOfInvention | Plant salt-tolerance-related protein AtSDIP1, and coding gene and application thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a plant salt-tolerance-related protein AtSDIP1, and a coding gene and an application thereof. The protein provided by the invention is the following (a), or (b), or (c): (a) a protein composed of an amino acid sequence represented by the sequence 1 in the sequence table; (b) a protein derived from the sequence 1 and is related to plant salt tolerance, wherein the amino acid sequence of the sequence is subjected to substitution and/or deletion and/or addition of one or more amino acid residues; (c) a protein derived from the sequence 1 and is relates to plant salt tolerance, wherein the protein has at least 50%, at least 60%, at least 70%, at least 75%, at least 80%, at least 85%, at least 90%, at least 90%, at least 95%, at least 98%, or at least 99% homology with the sequence 1. The invention provides a basis for the researches of plant response and tolerability molecular mechanisms against salt stress, and has important significance to crop improvement and salt-tolerant crop cultivation. |
