titleOfInvention Method for extracting procyanidine in ginkgo leaves
abstract The invention provides a method for extracting procyanidine in ginkgo leaves and relates to the method for extracting procyanidine. According to the invention, procyanidine is extracted through a negative-pressure cavitation method. The method comprises the following specific steps of: adding ginkgo leaf powder into a negative-pressure cavitation apparatus, adding a solvent, and carrying out negative-pressure cavitation in certain pressure to obtain a procyanidine extract solution. According to the invention, procyanidine in the ginkgo leaves is extracted through a negative-pressure cavitation method, so that the method has the advantages of convenience in operation, short extracting time, low extracting temperature, low solvent dose, high extracting efficiency and the like, and the industrial production can be carried out; and the extracting ratio of procyanidine extracted from the ginkgo leaves through the negative-pressure cavitation method can reach 5.8%.
