titleOfInvention Bigeminal inactivated vaccine for avian influenza (H9 sub type) and Escherichia coli and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention relates to a bigeminal inactivated vaccine for avian influenza (H9 sub type) and Escherichia coli and a preparation method thereof. Aiming at epidemic trend that H9 sub type avian influenza and Escherichia coli are in mixed infection in poultry diseases at home, an effective coping strategy is put forward, and two diseases can be prevented and controlled by immunization at one time. The vaccine is prepared by the following steps: using LG1 strain of H9 sub type avian influenza virus and QL1 strain (O1), QL2 strain (O2), QL78 strain (O78) and QL36 (O36) of avian Escherichia coli as strains for preparing the vaccine; and preparing an antigen liquid, inactivating, concentrating and mixing according to a certain proportion to prepare the vaccine. The H9 sub type avian influenza strains and avian Escherichia coli strains provided by the invention are epidemic strains at home, and current epidemic diseases can be effectively prevented.
