abstract The invention relates to an application of an injection composed of a minocycline micro-capsule and a lysozyme micro-capsule in preparing a medicine of curing periodontal disease. The minocycline micro-capsule and the lysozyme micro-capsule are prepared by using a complex condensation method preferably. Compared with the current product, the dosage of minocycline is reduced by one half; and the injection disclosed by the invention has the characteristics of long acting, slow release, good stability and low adverse reaction.
