abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method for grains capable of assisting to improve memory functions. Firstly, silkworm chrysalis oil is prepared with supercritical carbon dioxide extraction technology, impurities and peculiar smell are removed while alpha-linolenic acid in the silkworm chrysalis oil is gathered through multistage molecular distillation refining technology, silkworm chrysalis essential oil which is good in both color and aroma is obtained, and silkworm chrysalis protein powder is extracted and prepared from de-oiled silkworm chrysalis dregs with an ultrasonic method; secondly, integrated ultrasonic-microwave synergistic extraction method is adopted to obtain high purity needle mushroom crude polysaccharide; and eventually, the silkworm chrysalis essential oil is used to prepare core materials, the needle mushroom crude polysaccharide extracts and the silkworm chrysalis protein powder are used to prepare wall materials, the core material and the wall materials are compounded with emulgator for high pressure homogenization and spray drying before microcapsule powder is obtained, and grains which are 40-60meshes are prepared through dry method grain preparation process. As indicated in pharmacology experiments, the grains prepared with the method has the function of assisting to improve memory functions of animals, and is applicable to the aspect of foods assisting to improve the memory functions. |
