titleOfInvention Grain and oil agricultural product fungaltoxin detoxifying equipment
abstract The invention relates to grain and oil agricultural product fungaltoxin detoxifying equipment comprising an ozone generator, a humidity adjusting device, a flow meter, an ozone distribution board, a detoxifying tank, stirring equipment, an ozone conveyor system and an ozone pyrolysis device, wherein an air pump conveys ozone gas generated by the ozone generator to the humidity adjuster; the humidity of the ozone gas is adjusted according to a split ratio; the flow velocity of the ozone gas is adjusted through the flow meter; the ozone gas with certain humidity and certain concentration is conveyed to the detoxifying tank; the ozone gas and a grain and oil agricultural product (peanut, corn, rice, wheat and the like) to be detoxified are in sufficient and uniform contact by using the ozone distribution board and the stirring equipment; and the residual ozone gas is decomposed into oxygen by using the pyrolysis device, and the oxygen is discharged to air. The set of the grain and oil agricultural product fungaltoxin detoxifying equipment can efficiently remove polluted fungaltoxin in the grain and oil agricultural product, so that no harmful matter is generated, and no pollution to environment exists.
