The method comprises detecting lysozyme activity of culturing objects through blood drawing monthly, drawing a monthly change curve, monitoring the bacterium removal rate of the recirculating aquaculture system to the culturing water and the ammonia and nitrogen concentration in the culturing water, and evaluating the largest culture carrying amount of the aquaculture system with the lysozyme activity and the bacterium removal rate in the culturing water as the main criterion and the ammonia and nitrogen concentration in the culturing water as the auxiliary criterion. The method is started from the culturing object physiological status monitoring and the culturing water quality monitoring, so that the accuracy and the timeliness of the prediction are guaranteed. Besides, only 1 to 3 indexes with high relevance with the carrying amount of the factory aquaculture system are monitored, so that the method has the advantages of being convenient and efficient and low in cost.
