titleOfInvention Natural dye transfer printing color paste as well as preparation method and printing method
abstract The invention provides a natural dye transfer printing color paste as well as a preparation method and a printing method. A shortcoming that damages are caused to human bodies and atmospheric environment by transfer printing in the prior art is overcome. The color paste comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 2-23 % of natural plant dye, 35-50 % of acrylic resin, 0.3-0.5 % of plasticizer and 26.5-62.7 % of solvent. The printing method of the natural dye transfer printing color paste comprises the following steps: (1) preparation of the natural dye transfer printing color paste; and (2) fabric printing. The natural plant dye has no affinity with a film; during transfer printing, high transferring efficiency and fastness is qualified through an effect of a natural modifying agent; the natural plant dye has a soft and plain color; through a transfer printing process, a layered plate printing effect can be obtained; the transfer printing process is pollution-free and the dye, the solvent, an auxiliary and a fabric are all modified into environment friendly products; and moreover, transfer printing paper is not needed and forest resources are protected.
