High-yielding lutein transgenic chlorella and preparation thereof |
abstract |
The invention discloses a preparation method of a high-yielding lutein transgenic chlorella. The preparation method aims to transfer an IPP (Isopentenyldiphosphate) isomerase encoding gene to an objective chlorella to obtain a transgenic chlorella, wherein the lutein yield of the transgenic chlorella is higher than that of the objective chlorella; and the amino acid sequence of the IPP isomerase is the sequence 2 in the sequence table. Tests show that, the method provided by the invention, can transfer an IPP (Isopentenyldiphosphate) isomerase encoding gene expression box to a wild-type chlorella to obtain the transgenic chlorella of which lutein content is increased by 30.95 percent maximumly compared with the wild-type chlorella and the lutein yield is increased by 36.77 percent maximumly compared with the wild-type chlorella; and the transgenic chlorella is the high-yielding lutein transgenic chlorella. |
