titleOfInvention PVC/ASA (polyvinyl chloride/ acrylic-styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer) alloy material and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a PVC/ASA (polyvinyl chloride/ acrylic-styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer) alloy material and a preparation method thereof. The PVC/ASA alloy material comprises the following components in weight percentage: 55-65% of PVC, 15-20% of ASA, 5-7% of toughening agent, 5-20% of heat-resistant agent, 2-3% of plasticizer, 0.2-0.6% of antioxidant and 0.2-0.3% of other auxiliary agents. The PVC/ASA alloy material takes PVC and ASA as base materials, and the heat-resistant agent is synergistic with other components in a melt extrusion process to endow the PVC/ASA alloy material with excellent heat resistance, so that the PVC/ASA alloy material has good processability and excellent mechanical properties. The preparation method is simple in process, easy to control conditions, low in cost and low in equipment requirement and is applicable to industrial production.
