titleOfInvention | High-strength environmentally-friendly furan resin for casting and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention provides a high-strength environmentally-friendly furan resin for casting and a preparation method thereof. The furan resin is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 50% of furfuryl alcohol, 25% of ormaldehyde, 10% of urea, 10% of auxiliary material, 1% of fortifier, 0.5% of ammonia water, 0.5% of hydrochloric acid, and 3% of saccharides leftover. The method comprises the following steps: (1) taking furfuryl alcohol and fortifier to carry out modified reaction at the temperature of 40 DEG C for 20 minutes, then emptying and reserving; (2) reacting urea with ormaldehyde under the alkaline condition of PH10 at the temperature of 98 DEG C, carrying out thermal reaction for 50 minutes, then adding half of the total quantity of modified furfuryl alcohol, adjusting PH to 4.2-4.5, slowly heating up in half an hour to 105DEG C, reacting for 1.5 hours; cooling to 85 DEG C with no need of dehydration, adjusting the PH to 7.0 and emptying; adding 10% of auxiliary material, 0.5% of ammonia water, 3% of saccharides leftover, and half of the total quantity of modified furfuryl alcohol, carrying out thermal reaction for 30 minutes, blasting, filtering, cooling to the temperature of 40DEG C and emptying. |
