abstract | The invention discloses a new method for preparing benzimidazoloisoquinoline. In an organic solvent, a metal palladium salt is used as a catalyst to produce 1-(2-((Z)-1-bromo-1-enyl) )-2-arylbenzimidazole is a substrate, and under the action of an alkaline substance, a benzimidazole isoquinoline is synthesized, and the 1-(2-((Z)-1-bromo-1-ene Base))-2-arylbenzimidazole is a compound shown in formula (1), and described benzimidazolisoquinoline is a compound shown in formula (2), wherein R1 is the number of carbon atoms 1-40 saturated alkyl or cycloalkyl; R2 is hydrogen, saturated alkyl with 1-5 carbon atoms, alkoxy, acyl, ester or halogen. Compared with the existing synthesis method, the preparation method of the present invention has mild reaction conditions, simple preparation method, cheap and easy-to-obtain reaction raw materials, and various structures of the synthesized products, and has wide application prospects in the fine chemical and pharmaceutical industries. |
