abstract | The invention relates to a particle coating technology and aims at providing a high-efficient coating method of boron particles. The method comprises the following steps: placing a coating material into a container, adding a dissolvent I to prepare a solution; then adding boron powder, and finally adding a dissolvent II; placing the container in ultrasonic waves to perform ultrasonic uniform mixing, then stirring and heating through a magnetic stirrer, evaporating the two dissolvents, and performing vacuum drying to get the boron particles after coating. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the coating ratio (the weight ratio of the coating material to the boron powder) can be freely regulated, the uniformity and the integrity in coating of the boron particles can be greatly improved, and the ignition and the combustion of the boron particles can be effectively improved. |
