titleOfInvention Bioreactor based on automatic float sludge breaking and circulation
abstract The invention disclose a bioreactor based on automatic float sludge breaking and circulation. The bioreactor comprises a separation zone, a reaction zone, and a water distribution zone that are connected in sequence, wherein the separation zone comprises an exhaust port, an air chamber, a water outlet, a sludge circulation barrel, an annular settling tank, a diversion slot, a liquid spray pipe, a transverse partition, a float sludge collecting chamber and a sludge suction pipe; the separation zone is sequentially provided with the exhaust port, the air chamber, the water outlet, the sludge circulation barrel, the transverse partition and the float sludge collecting chamber from the top down; the liquid spray pipe is arranged on the transverse partition in a penetrating manner; the sludge suction pipe is arranged on the lower surface of the transverse partition; the annular settling tank is arranged outside the air chamber and the sludge circulation barrel; the water outlet is formed at the upper part of the annular settling tank; the diversion slot is formed at the lower end of the annular settling tank; and a water distributor is arranged at the bottom of the water distribution zone. The granule sludge bioreactor is applicable to removing bubbles attached to the surface of granule sludge, breaking air bags in the granule sludge and restoring settleability of the float granule sludge, and the operating performance of the granule sludge bed reactor is guaranteed.
