titleOfInvention | Method for preparing cadmium telluride powder by liquid phase reduction and hydrogen treatment |
abstract | The invention discloses a method for preparing cadmium telluride powder by liquid phase reduction and hydrogen treatment. The method comprises the following processing steps of: dissolving oxide, hydroxide or salt of cadmium and tellurium in acid according to the proportion that the molar ratio of Cd2<+> to Te(IV) ranges from 0.9 to 1.1, thus obtaining a solution of Cd2<+> and Te(IV), of which the concentration is 0.2-1 mol/L; putting the solution into a constant-temperature water bath kettle with a constant temperature of 20-90 DEG C; and then dripping a 0.2mol/L-1mol/L reducing agent solution into the obtained solution, and continuously stirring the two solutions until the molar mass of the dripped reducing agent is 3-5 times the mass sum of ionic materials of the Cd2+ and the Te(IV); and filtering the solution after the reaction is finished, drying filtered matter in a vacuum drying oven, reacting the filtered matter in a tube furnace with flowing hydrogen atmosphere or directly reacting the filtered matter in a tube furnace with flowing hydrogen for 0.5-4 hours at 150-450 DEG C, and cooling the matter to a room temperature so as to obtain the cadmium telluride powder. |
