abstract | The invention relates to a preparation method for the composition of solid traditional Chinese medicine particles. The preparation method for composition of solid traditional Chinese medicine particles comprises the following steps: 1, traditional Chinese medicinal materials are prepared into traditional Chinese medicinal volatile oil and traditional Chinese medicinal dry extract; 2, clathration is performed on traditional Chinese medicinal volatile oil by using Beta-cyclodextrin-water, and wet traditional Chinese medicinal volatile oil clathrate compound is obtained through solid-liquid separation; 3, traditional Chinese medicinal volatile oil clathrate compound and one or more of Chinese medicine raw powder and zymophyte mycelium powder are premixed and pelletized by an oscillating granulator; and 4, well premixed particles, the traditional Chinese medicinal dry extract and other minor ingredients are put on the granulator for pelletizing and drying, particles are obtained, then the water content is controlled to be within 4.0 to 9.0 percent after drying, and the composition of solid traditional Chinese medicine particles is prepared. The invention has the advantages as follows: a drying procedure is eliminated, the loss of the volatile oil is reduced, the process time is shortened greatly, the retention rate of the volatile oil in finished products of preparation of Chinese medicine is improved, and the quality and the effectiveness of medicine are ensured. |
